Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, we will exchange the product until you are satisfied. All product must be in its original condition for the exchange to be accepted. Your original purchase amount, not including shipping fees, will be credited and you may exchange for any other product(s). HSP provides pre-paid return shipping label to send the order back. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for the replacement order. 

How to exchange your order:

  • Step 1 –  Notify your sale rep or HSP via email at within 72 hours of receiving your order and note the reason(s) for your exchange  
  • Step 2 – HSP will email you a return shipping label to send the product back to us in the original packaging within 48 hours
  • Step 3 – HSP receives your returned package and ships the replacement order using your preferred shipping speed 

Package Insurance / Lost or Stolen Items

We include insurance on every package we ship. The insurance will cover the package from loss or theft within the courier’s system. If your package is lost or stolen by USPS, UPS or any other carrier, your order will be refunded in full. If your package is delivered successfully but stolen/lost before you receive it, Hemp Flower Prime is not responsible. 

If shipment is international and parcel is seized by customs, we are not responsible.

All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of Delaware, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law.  The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of Delaware if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or use or return policy shall be in the state and/or federal courts in Delaware.

Shipping Policy

Seller shall make commercially reasonable efforts to send out bulk, stocked orders within 48 hours of payment received, Monday – Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped on Monday. Orders of 100+ pounds require up to 5 business day lead time. 

*Orders requiring infusion and manufacturing require 2 day – 6-week lead time depending on project. Check with your rep for a specific turn around estimate.
