Returns & Exchanges

HSP does not accept returns or exchanges for any products. All sales are final.

Lost or Stolen Items

Buyer specifically assumes all risk of loss or seizure of its property and products by law enforcement or shipping company authorities during shipment.

All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law. The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of North Carolina if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or use or return policy shall be in the state and/or federal courts in North Carolina.

Shipping Policy

Seller shall make commercially reasonable efforts to send out bulk, stocked orders within 48 hours of payment received, Monday – Friday.

Orders of 100+ pounds require up to 5 business day lead time.

*Orders requiring infusion and manufacturing require 2 day – 6-week lead time depending on project. Check with your rep for a specific turn around estimate.
